Drink lots of ice water, that burns calories. And a lot of the time when we think we’re hungry, our body really just wants a drink.

Live off of (not only) fruits and vegetables. Hungry and want a snack? Choose one of those instead of fatty junk foods. Speaking of, give them up completely. Pretzels are okay though.

Anything high in sugar, fat, calories = stay away from.

But don’t forget to treat yourself at least once per week.

Portion control is extremely important. Probably the most important.

Remember, you are what you eat.

And of course, exercise is really healthy.

Damn, wish I used all of this knowledge.
